Spring Projects!
Spring has finally arrived in Montana, and now that we finally have land to work on again, we are in the midst of a myriad of fun projects. We've been hatching chicks every few weeks, and even a few ducklings, working on landscaping, planting a quarter of an acre garden, putting in a variety of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries, and even setting up an indoor citrus planter!

Part of the main garden, with lots of mulch and a few seedlings popping up here and there! |
Jinx keeps our mouse and bunny populations under control, and she is David's partner in crime! |

Devante
Migdalah's first foal was born May 2. He is an American Azteca, or Andalusian/Quarter Horse cross. What a doll, he is even sweeter than Adora and shedding out very dark. He is going to be one good looking horse.

Adora
Our first half Andalusian, an adorable black and white filly! Migdalah was bred to the same stallion for next year.
